Clean and Easy
Positive: Great communication from host. Easy entry and clean spacious room with parking right in front of our space. Beds were comfortable. Host had stocked the refrigerator with waters. The unit had clearly recently been renovated and felt updated and clean.
Negative: Room was quite hot, even with two fans blowing, but can't control the weather. We stayed during a peak weekend (Leadville 100 MTB), so the price was very high for two nights.

Positive: Nice place but right on highway with ATVs parked outside bedroom window. Very icy and dangerous parking. No outside lights so hard to navigate safely

Perfect for a ski getaway
Excellent property for a convenient ski trip to cooper. The set up was excellent and the room very comfortable! We will be back!
